- Who owns the visual?
- That is agreed in the quote: a private visual for your organization only, or one that joins the public SmartVisuals catalog on Microsoft Marketplace. Say in the form whether it may be public; a visual other companies would use too is quoted differently.
- What do you need from me?
- The description, the columns the visual will get (names and a few made-up rows are enough) and the decisions it should help with. Never send confidential data through the form; a sample with the same shape works for the whole build.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on how new the chart is, the interactions and animation, the data volume and the date you need it by. Adding a feature to one of our visuals costs less than a new visual. The budget field only helps to propose the right scope.
- What happens when Power BI changes?
- Updates for new Power BI versions after delivery, and how long they are included, are part of the quote.
